Today's the day!
We All Married Idiots: Three Things You Will Never Change About Your Marriage and Ten Things You Can is officially released. I can hardly breath! My heart is filled with joy and praise and thanks to God for giving me the vision for this book, and for filling me with passion and words to change marriages around the world. I can say around the world because already Idiots is being read in Uruguay and El Salvador with a possible Spanish translation in the works.
Thank You God for making all of this possible. For giving the gift of marriage to us. For working in my heart and filling it with love for my husband. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!
There are so many others to thank:
My husband for his commitment to God and to me and to our marriage vows.
My children for their sacrifice as mom buried herself in her office and bled out every word (at least it felt like that sometimes). You've heard the phrase haven't you? Writing is easy. You just open a vein and bleed!
My prayer team and writing friends and encouragers along the writing way. I couldn't do it without your holding my arms high in prayer and offering edits and tech help. Love you Diane Estrella and Lisa Buske for always being there right when I need you!
Eddie Jones and Lighthouse Publishing of the Carolinas (my publisher) and Diana Flegal of Hartline Literary Agency (my agent) who looked at my book proposal and laughed out loud and looked into my heart and believed in We All Married Idiots.
With tears I thank all of you for being a part of this process. May God use We All Married Idiots to change the way the world looks at marriages!
